A tourist from Monterrey experienced an unexpected turn during a parasailing excursion in Bahía, Nayarit, when his parachute failed, leading him to become entangled in a palm tree. The incident, which occurred on the coast, saw the individual suspended approximately 8 meters above the ground. According to reports, strong winds were responsible for diverting the tourist's parachute from its intended course. Emergency services, including local firefighters and Civil Protection personnel, quickly responded to the scene. Thanks to their swift intervention, the tourist was successfully rescued from the palm tree without sustaining any injuries.
