Liberal New York Mom Takes Trump Bobblehead at Chemo Appointment and Gets Caugh…
A New York woman and her mom raced out of a hospital after her mom stole a Trump bobblehead, stating it shouldn't have been there.
A recent incident at a New York City cancer infusion suite has sparked debate after a patient's mother removed a Donald Trump bobblehead from the front desk. The woman, accompanied by her daughter, expressed strong disapproval of the political figurine's presence, citing concerns about its appropriateness in a healthcare setting, particularly given the former president's record on cancer research funding. The daughter's video, widely shared online, shows her mother placing the bobblehead into her purse. The mother stated, "Why would this be on the counter in an infusion center? I just think it's wildly offensive." She later added that she found the presence of the bobblehead offensive "considering the amount of funding he's taken away from cancer care." Shortly after the incident, the daughter received a call from the hospital regarding the missing item. In response, the mother subsequently purchased three new bobbleheads – a Buddha, a dog, and a Rosie the Riveter figure – to send to the infusion center as replacements. She explained that Rosie the Riveter, symbolizing strength and resilience, would be a more "uplifting" and "on-brand" choice for patients undergoing chemotherapy.
