Kazakhstan Police Boost Child Safety Measures Ahead of Summer Break
In the city of Petropavlovsk, North Kazakhstan Region, police increased safety measures before summer holidays. Officers and rescuers went to residential areas to talk to residents about child safety. They emphasized the importance of preventing accidents, such as children falling from windows and fire safety. One officer stated, "We wanted to have a preventative talk with you about what to do in various situations where offenses or crimes occur before your eyes." Residents expressed their opinions on pressing issues, clarified contacts with police units, and thanked them for the meeting. Similar meetings are held in all districts of the region. This initiative shows community engagement in ensuring children's safety during the summer break.
