Petropavl, Kazakhstan – The "Kyzyljar Youth" program is offering a lifeline to young professionals struggling to afford housing. The initiative aims to provide affordable housing options with eased mortgage terms. Nariman Zholdasbek, a cultural worker and program participant, highlighted the difficulties faced by young people in securing housing. "Finding affordable housing, especially with the current mortgage rates, is extremely challenging," he explained. The program addresses this issue by offering reduced interest rates and extended repayment periods. The program's acceptance of applications runs from May 26th to June 11th.
