North Kazakhstan Region Hosts 'EthnoGame' to Promote Cultural Unity A unique board game, 'EthnoGame,' aimed at fostering cultural understanding among Kazakhstan's diverse ethnic groups, was recently introduced at the regional Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in North Kazakhstan. The event, held on May 22, 2025, brought together participants from various backgrounds to engage in a fun and educational experience. The game features cards depicting traditional items and cultural elements from different ethnicities found in Kazakhstan. Players identify these items and learn about their significance. Gulbakhsha Musabaeva, a community activist involved in the event, explained, "The game's goal is to unite different ethnic groups and demonstrate their unity." Another participant, Rustem Arman, added, "The game's purpose is to learn about the cultures of the various ethnic groups in our country." The event was a success, with around 30 people participating and a strong sense of camaraderie among the players. The organizers hope that 'EthnoGame' will continue to promote understanding and appreciation of Kazakhstan's rich cultural heritage.
