Grodno Region: Thief Apprehended After Stealing Over 95,000 Belarusian Rubles A 37-year-old resident of the Grodno region has been arrested for the theft of over 95,000 Belarusian rubles. The incident occurred recently in a private residence. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the suspect gained access to the home using a duplicate key. The suspect's identity was confirmed by fingerprints found at the scene, and he has since confessed to the crime. "The suspect admitted to making a duplicate key and using it to enter the victim's home," stated a spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A portion of the stolen money was recovered. The suspect now faces up to 12 years imprisonment.
