
Inside the Belarusian Special Forces: The Grueling Black Beret Qualification
The Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) recently released footage of the intense qualifying process for its special forces' black beret. The event, held at an undisclosed location in Belarus, tested the physical and mental endurance of 95 participants. The video shows a range of challenges, from sprints and pull-ups to close-quarters combat training and pistol shooting exercises. One participant, a female officer, stated, "From today's day, very vivid impressions. Everyone supports each other. You run on some kind of emotional uplift." Another participant added, "Tomorrow will be difficult, but shoulder to shoulder, as they say, OMON is brotherhood, OMON is strength." The successful candidates demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork, underscoring the dedication and professionalism of the Belarusian special forces.
