A 40-year-old resident of Borisov, Belarus, has been apprehended for defrauding a foreign company of over 40,000 rubles. The individual, operating as an entrepreneur, accepted full prepayment for a timber delivery contract but failed to provide the goods. "The man's actions clearly constitute fraud," stated a spokesperson for the Borisov ROVD.
