Rusia a avertizat SUA să nu-l asasineze pe ayatolahul Ali Khamenei. „Vom reacționa foarte negativ!”, a transmis Dmitri Peskov.
Moscow, June 20 – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov today issued a stern warning regarding the potential assassination of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. In an interview, Peskov stated that Russia would react "very negatively" to such an event, especially if it involved U.S. assistance. "If it were to happen, though, that Israel assassinated Ayatollah Ali Khamenei with U.S. assistance, how would Russia react?" an interviewer from Sky News asked Peskov. Peskov responded unequivocally, "Very negatively, very negatively. We would strongly disapprove it." He elaborated on the potential ramifications, asserting that such an action would "lead to an action coming from inside Iran". Highlighting the internal stability of Iran, Peskov added, "Iran's society is very well organized and very well consolidated." However, he cautioned that the assassination of its leader would "lead to the birth of extremist moods inside Iran". Peskov concluded his warning by stating, "And those who are speaking about that, they should keep it in mind. They will open the Pandora's box." The remarks underscore Russia's deep concern over any actions that could destabilize the Middle East, particularly involving key regional players like Iran.
