Senator Chiz Escudero described the situation as a "mid-game substitution," emphasizing that the changes are performance-based. "I view this revamp as a mid-game substitution—a reshuffling of key players based on their performance," Escudero stated. Senator Win Gatchalian echoed a similar sentiment, urging cabinet members to reflect on their performance. "This should prompt them to reflect on their own performance," Gatchalian commented.
