Free Fitness Initiative Launches in Minsk: Parks Transform into Workout Hubs

Minsk residents can now enjoy free fitness training sessions at five different locations in the city, thanks to a new initiative by the Presidential Sports Club. The program, launched on June 1st, 2025, offers a variety of activities, aiming to promote a healthy lifestyle among citizens. The launch event at Park im. 50-letiya Velikogo Oktyabrya saw a large turnout, with participants of all ages engaging in various sports and recreational activities. "It's a fantastic opportunity for everyone to get involved in sports and enjoy the beautiful parks of Minsk," said one participant. The initiative also includes locations such as Park im. Hugo Chaveza, the Extreme Sports Park, and the beaches at Tsnyanskoye and Drozdy reservoirs, making it easily accessible to most residents. This program is expected to significantly contribute to the improvement of the city's health and well-being.
