Disneyland Paris Seeks Spanish Talent: Interviews in Seville and Valencia for Upcoming Season
Disneyland Paris is actively seeking new talent, announcing in-person recruitment events in Seville and Valencia for prospective employees. The interviews, scheduled for October 15th and 16th, 2025, will target a range of hospitality and guest service roles, including waiters, cooks, bartenders, general restaurant staff, reception agents, and ticket agents.According to an online announcement, the majority of positions offered will be temporary contracts, spanning two to eight months, with a 35-hour work week, primarily for the period between March and October 2026. Mandatory availability during July and August is a key requirement. For those seeking long-term employment, permanent contracts will become available starting December 2025.Applicants are encouraged to apply via the "Disney Careers" website. Interviews will primarily be conducted in French, with a potential English language evaluation. A former Disneyland Paris Cast Member, Noelia, who has held numerous contracts over the years, shared her insights, stating, "I personally have never attended a physical interview. I don't know how many contracts I've had with Disney, almost ten contracts over the years, and I've never applied in person." She noted that some roles, such as kitchen staff or park cleaners, might have less stringent French language requirements.Noelia described her overall experience at Disneyland Paris as "very good," emphasizing it's an excellent opportunity for personal growth and experience, particularly for those new to working in France. However, she cautioned that it might not be the ideal path for individuals primarily looking to save money, as salaries, while competitive for Paris, may not allow for substantial savings after expenses. She also highlighted that while Disney offers subsidized accommodation, these residences are often small studios with strict rules, including restrictions on guests. Cast Members do, however, enjoy the benefit of free entry to the parks, subject to certain conditions.
