Freddy Castellanos, a teacher at the kindergarten, was apprehended in the Bosa district of Bogotá after a three-day manhunt. Police say Castellanos was attempting to evade capture by disguising himself with a hat, sunglasses, and scarf. "He was hiding at his best friend's house," stated a news report from Noticias Caracol. The report also revealed that the police investigation involved over 30 investigators who analyzed the suspect's social media and family connections.
