Fullerton, CA - A young Latino man's heroic actions have been praised after he rescued a driver from a burning car following a traffic accident. Richard Vasquez, 21, sprang into action when he saw the vehicle engulfed in flames. Bodycam footage shows Vasquez quickly breaking a window and unbuckling the driver's seatbelt.
