Garissa Court's Bail Decision in Gaala Aden Murder Case Sparks Public Outrage Garissa, Kenya – The Garissa High Court's decision to grant bail to two suspects in the brutal murder of 17-year-old Gaala Aden has ignited public anger and raised concerns about justice. Aden, a child bride, was found murdered, and the court's decision to release her husband and another suspect on bail has shocked the community. "Obviously in every death there is bitterness expressed. That alone cannot take away the right for accused to be released on bail pending trial. An accused person is deemed innocent until proven guilty." Aminah Abdinur, a family member, voiced serious security concerns for herself and her family.
