Mogilev, Belarus – Residents of Pushkinsky Avenue near building D.59 in Mogilev have voiced concerns over recent asphalt paving work that appears to have been completed around a seemingly abandoned vehicle. A video circulating online shows a red car remaining in place while new asphalt was laid, resulting in an uneven and incomplete surface around it. The video's narrator expressed frustration, stating, "How could they lay asphalt like this, leaving such a mess around this wretched car? Who is overseeing this? Who allows this disgrace, so people can break their legs?" The speaker further questioned why the car was not evacuated or removed before the paving, anticipating a hazardous hole once the car is eventually moved. The incident highlights issues of urban planning and public works oversight in the area. Local authorities have yet to comment on the situation. Residents are calling for a resolution to the unfinished paving and the removal of the long-standing vehicle.
