Ordabasy District Celebrates Culture and Arts Workers: Awards Ceremony Honors Outstanding Achievements ORDABASY, KAZAKHSTAN – May 23, 2025 – The Ordabasy District administration held an awards ceremony on May 21st to honor its cultural workers on Culture and Arts Workers' Day. The event, presided over by District Akim Azat Oralbaev, recognized individuals and groups for their significant contributions to the district's cultural landscape. A notable recipient was Atambek Abai Saparbekovich, a singer and member of the "Ordabasy" folk ensemble and the "Arai" folk vocal ensemble. Mr. Saparbekovich recently received the prestigious "For Distinguished Service" medal from the Head of State. Akim Oralbaev expressed his pride in Mr. Saparbekovich's achievement, stating, "His dedication to our cultural heritage is an inspiration to us all."
