The server, who wishes to remain anonymous, stated that she approached the male customer to inquire if her service had been unsatisfactory, given the absence of a tip. This led to a verbal exchange, after which the customer reported the server to management. Following the complaint, the server was asked to apologize to the customer, which she did to her managers. Ultimately, she was fired from her position.
