Madrid, Spain – The Spanish National Police has issued a public warning regarding modified car keys designed to conceal illicit substances. In a recent video released by the force, an officer demonstrated how these seemingly ordinary car keys can be tampered with to create hidden compartments for drugs. "Look at these two keys," the officer stated in the video, holding up two identical-looking car keys. "Apparently they are the same, but they are not." She proceeded to dismantle one of the keys, revealing a cleverly hidden space within its casing. According to the National Police, individuals are utilizing such modified keys to transport and hide narcotics, making it difficult for authorities to detect. The officer emphasized the serious legal consequences for those found in possession of these items or involved in their trade. "Think twice before acquiring products like this," the officer warned. "They can turn out to be very expensive for you." The police urge citizens to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities involving such devices, as part of ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and ensure public safety.
