Satu Mare, Romania – The "Women of My City" project has officially launched its presence in Satu Mare, marking its second city in Romania following its successful debut in Constanta. The initiative aims to unite and amplify the voices of influential women within local communities.Teodora Penes, the visionary founder of "Women of My City," shared insights into the project's mission during the launch event. "This project started from a personal need to bring together women who are already established names in the market, with many employees, and also those who are less known but contribute significantly to the community," Penes stated. She emphasized the importance of providing a platform for women to share their stories and contributions.The event, held at Carel Woodwork, featured networking opportunities and a display of the project's magazine, which showcases the featured women. Penes highlighted the journey from Constanta to Satu Mare, acknowledging the significant distance but expressing excitement about the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming reception in Satu Mare.Looking ahead, the second edition of the "Women of My City" magazine is scheduled for launch on October 9th. This launch will coincide with the unveiling of the Biz Club Satu Mare, a new initiative coordinated by Anca Stebingher, who has been a partner in the project since its inception. The project plans to continue its tour across major cities in Romania, aiming to empower more women and communities.
