The restaurant management has received a warning, and the matter has been reported to the relevant authorities. The owner of the "Loft" restaurant also faces action for building a street cafe without the necessary land and construction permits. Dinmukhambet Sirlybaev, head of the city's Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, stated, "We've identified 158 such illegal constructions so far." The commission continues its work daily, aiming to ensure compliance with building regulations and protect the city's infrastructure.
