A NSW Central Coast real estate agent has hit out at his colleagues in the industry over a commonly used 'fake tactic' and explained what he would do…
In a recent online video, real estate agent Jordan Bulmer addressed a common misconception among property buyers: the sudden appearance of multiple offers once an initial bid is made. Bulmer, known for his direct approach, clarified his stance on this practice. Responding to a user comment, Bulmer stated, "The minute a person makes an offer, there is 'suddenly' another offer on the table." He firmly rejected this notion, emphasizing his commitment to transparency. "If someone comes to me and says, 'Has there been an offer on the property?' and there hasn't, I just say, 'No, there hasn't.'" Bulmer highlighted that his priority is to find "the right person" for a property and to "work out a price where everybody's happy." He concluded by asserting that he would not engage in practices that create fake offers, reinforcing his ethical approach to real estate transactions.
