FELCN Raids Santa Cruz Ecological Corridor, Arrests Made in Drug Bust

Santa Cruz, Bolivia – May 21, 2025. A significant anti-drug operation unfolded today in Santa Cruz's Ecological Corridor, led by the FELCN (Fuerza Especial de Lucha Contra el Narcotráfico). The operation involved approximately 60 officers and resulted in the seizure of controlled substances and the arrest of multiple individuals. One FELCN officer stated, "We've identified the property shown in videos circulating on social media, and we've made arrests for possession of controlled substances." Another officer added that around 25 individuals were detained for being in possession of controlled substances. The operation highlights the ongoing efforts to combat drug micro-trafficking in the region. The FELCN's continued presence in the area aims to curb illegal drug activities and ensure the safety of the community.
