
Law Student Charged with Double Homicide After Fatal High-Speed Accident
A law student, Brendo Sampaio, has been implicated in a fatal accident that claimed the lives of two young women, Isabela Priel Regis and Isabelly Helena de Lima Costa, both 18 years of age. The incident occurred on April 9th in Sao Caetano do Sul, Brazil, on Avenida Goiás, a road with a speed limit of 60 km/h. A report from the São Paulo Criminalistics Institute revealed that Sampaio was driving at a speed of 108 km/h at the time of the collision. The victims were crossing the street at a pedestrian crossing when they were struck. Security camera footage corroborates the report's findings regarding the driver's speed.
