A law student, Brendo Sampaio, has been implicated in a fatal accident that claimed the lives of two young women, Isabela Priel Regis and Isabelly Helena de Lima Costa, both 18 years of age. The incident occurred on April 9th in Sao Caetano do Sul, Brazil, on Avenida Goiás, a road with a speed limit of 60 km/h.
