Minsk, Belarus – "Petrukha" has introduced a new product to Belarusian supermarket shelves: Carpaccio made from pork tenderloin. The launch has garnered attention from consumers, with fitness coach Dmitry (sidfed) providing an early review of the product. The new offering, priced at 45.24 BYN per kilogram, contains 23 grams of protein and 10 grams of fat per 100 grams, totaling 180 kilocalories. A typical 222-gram package, as demonstrated by Dmitry, costs approximately 10 BYN. Initial consumer reactions have been mixed regarding the product's authenticity and taste. One commenter noted, "I understand that PETRUKHA doesn't know what carpaccio is or how to make it," while another expressed concerns about the sodium content, stating, "It tastes good, but it's too salty." However, some found the product appealing, with one user exclaiming, "🔥🔥🔥 cool, where did you buy this?" The pricing has also been a point of discussion, with some consumers reporting lower prices in "Petrukha" brand stores.
