The footage, filmed from a trailing vehicle, shows a white Audi Q5 navigating a series of curves. During the drive, a passenger in the Audi is seen leaning out of the window and waving. The accompanying audio features a male voice providing a humorous, sarcastic commentary on the Audi driver's perceived intelligence and choice of vehicle, playfully referring to them as a 'hillbilly' driving a '3.0 TDI'. Other vehicles, including a large truck, were also observed on the road during the incident.
