El experto da sus claves y recomienda invertir en activos infravalorados y apuesta por el largo plazo como estrategia segura
Madrid, Spain – In a recent episode of the 'Inversión Inteligente' podcast, a collaboration between ABANCA Inversiones and Finect Talks, financial experts discussed current investment trends, particularly focusing on the Spanish real estate market and stock market strategies. Gonzalo Bernardos, a featured expert, addressed the common question of whether the Spanish real estate market remains a sound investment. He noted, "The real estate market in Spain continues to be a good investment." The discussion then shifted to stock market approaches, with Bernardos outlining two main strategies: chasing rising prices or identifying undervalued assets. He emphasized the latter, stating, "The one I like is to buy what I consider cheap or undervalued." Bernardos further advised on long-term investment, asserting that even if the initial timing is imperfect, purchasing a fundamentally good asset or company will ultimately prevent financial loss. "If you make a mistake because it wasn't the moment, but you've bought a good asset, you've bought a good company, there's no problem. You've transformed into a long-term investor, but you won't lose the money," he concluded.
