In a recent video, Suenny recounted her initial apprehension, noting that many Brazilians in online forums frequently complain about ADEM's perceived lack of assistance and unhelpful advisors. “I saw many people commenting, saying that ADEM doesn't help at all, and that the advisors are bad,” she stated in her video. However, Suenny's personal encounter with ADEM proved to be a stark contrast. She described her first telephone appointment as remarkably smooth and helpful. “The lady was super friendly, super friendly to the extreme,” Suenny emphasized.
