Poltava, Ukraine – Oleksandr Matsko, a former serviceman of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC), has offered his perspective on the ongoing mobilization efforts in Poltava, specifically addressing the controversial term "busification." In an interview, Matsko stated he has not witnessed instances of individuals being forcibly "packed" into buses for military service. "I have never seen anyone being packed anywhere," Matsko asserted, challenging widespread rumors. He explained that if police apprehend individuals, it is typically because they are already on a wanted list. "A person is on a wanted list. Why aren't you fighting? Why aren't you defending your homeland? No," he questioned. Matsko further suggested that those unwilling to participate in the defense of Ukraine should consider leaving the country. "Go abroad. Go wherever you want? To Russia – go to Russia. If you don't want to – swim across the Tysa," he stated, referring to the river often used for illegal border crossings. His comments highlight a firm stance on civic duty amidst the ongoing conflict.
