The mysterious figure has been seen roaming the streets at night, reportedly terrifying both children and elderly residents. Footage obtained by local media shows a person in a black hooded robe and a white mask, resembling a ghost, moving through residential areas. Eyewitnesses report that the figure carries a knife, leading to widespread alarm. One resident, who wished to remain anonymous, stated, "We can't go out at night. We don't know what they will do." Another resident shared a harrowing account, explaining that her young cousin, aged 12 or 13, was chased by the individual. "They see you, they run after you with the knife, and they scare the kids," she said, adding that her cousin is now afraid to go out alone. "Last night, she didn't even want to go for ice cream with her friend." Concerns are mounting as reports suggest that not only children but also older individuals have been targeted. Residents feel vulnerable, noting they have no means to defend themselves against such threats.
