"The use of AI in law is becoming increasingly common, but it's crucial to remember that AI is a tool, not a replacement for human judgment," says Mikołaj Stępkowski, a legal counsel. One example cited was a document generated by AI that contained entirely fabricated court decisions, dates, and signatures. Another expert, Agata Szeliga, adds, "The risk of violating professional confidentiality is also a significant concern."
