Telemundo Las Vegas to Launch "Pase a la Fama" Regional Mexican Music Competition

Las Vegas-based Telemundo is launching a new reality show, "Pase a la Fama," to find the next big regional Mexican music band. The show, premiering June 6th, will feature renowned singer Ana Barbara as host and acclaimed songwriters Horacio Palencia and Adriel Favela as judges. "The talent is incredible," said Palencia in a recent interview. "We're looking for originality, passion, and a unique sound." Fifty-five bands will compete for a $100,000 prize and a record deal with HYBE Latin America. The winner will be determined through weekly challenges and performances.
