In the footage, the guest expresses her dissatisfaction with the staff's approach, stating, "You don't yell at me." She asserts her right to use the amenities as a patron. The staff members are heard asking for her last name and room number to verify her reservation. While the video's title claims the family was "kicked out for using amenities," comments from viewers suggest a more complex situation. Several comments allege that the guest was using the gym area for a professional photoshoot with extensive equipment and playing loud music, leading to complaints from other hotel guests. One comment stated, "This lady brought a bunch of equipment to the gym!!! And SHE was tryna power trip & control the situation." Another comment indicated the video was from 2021 and the issue was about filming, not just using equipment. The hotel has not yet released an official statement regarding the incident.
