The easy-to-follow guide offers a natural alternative to chemical treatments. Birtwhistle explained the prevalence of these pests, stating, 'They can get, like, fruit flies around them sometimes, they can get an attack of aphids.' To combat this, she demonstrated a solution requiring just three ingredients: 500ml of water, a teaspoon of eco-friendly washing-up liquid, and a teaspoon of clove bud oil.
