Phoenix, Arizona – A family of four, the Living the Tiny Dream family, has embraced a minimalist lifestyle by moving into a custom-built tiny house on wheels, named TJ. After selling their 2500 sq ft home, they now reside in a 38-foot long, 8.5-foot wide, 13-foot tall gooseneck tiny house, which measures 350 sq ft without its lofts. They have lived in it for over a year, traveling across the USA. The family highlights the house's innovative design, including a living room with an L-shaped couch that converts into a bed, an adjustable standing desk for work and entertainment, and a compact yet fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, and an apartment-sized refrigerator. The bathroom includes a stackable washer/dryer and a raised sink. Their two children enjoy personalized loft bedrooms, each with unique decor and storage solutions. The couple states that living in the tiny house has significantly reduced their expenses, making their financial life more manageable. They emphasize that while the square footage has changed, their daily routines remain largely the same, with the added benefit of easier cleaning and a less daunting approach to household tasks.
