Athens, Greece – Dimitris Petropoulos, known for his role as "the Prime Minister" in the popular Greek television series "Para Pente," has spoken to TLIFE regarding the passing of his colleague, Gerasimos Michelis. Petropoulos conveyed that Michelis's death, which occurred after a period of significant hardship, felt like a "release." The two actors shared a close bond, having worked together for two full years on "Para Pente." Petropoulos emphasized Michelis's exceptional talent as an actor and colleague, highlighting their strong interpersonal relationship. He noted that their connection was mutually beneficial, stating, "We both needed each other." Petropoulos expressed his sorrow, acknowledging that it is regrettable when someone leaves, especially when their contributions are significant. He concluded by affirming that Michelis deserved all the good words spoken about him, and that his passing, being premature and preceded by a period of struggle, leaves a profound void.
