Technician Confesses to Role in Death of Andreina Farias in San Bartolo

Later, he found Farias and his colleague in a compromising situation. When they left, Farias attempted to stop them, resulting in her being struck by their vehicle. "It's a terrible tragedy," said a family member, who asked to remain anonymous. The investigation is ongoing, but the PNP has confirmed the arrest of Cueva Velasquez and his colleague.
