Second Arrest Made in San Bartolo Murder Case

The murder of Andreina Farias in San Bartolo, Peru, continues to unfold with the arrest of a second suspect, Jean Carlos Montero Huaylinos. In his statement, Montero confessed to having had a relationship with Farias but insisted it was consensual. "I am willing to tell the truth," Montero reportedly said to investigators.
