France and Vietnam Strengthen Ties with New Bilateral Agreements Hanoi, Vietnam – During President Emmanuel Macron's recent visit to Hanoi, France and Vietnam signed a series of significant cooperation agreements. These agreements, covering defense, energy, healthcare, and aerospace, represent a substantial deepening of bilateral relations.
