Pinsk Hosts Vibrant Pedagogical Festival Pinsk, Belarus – A dynamic pedagogical festival recently took place in Pinsk, attracting nearly 200 teachers. Organized by the "Perspektiva" creative teachers' club, the event focused on fostering innovation and professional growth among educators, particularly those starting their careers. The festival featured 26 presentations and workshops, offering a diverse range of teaching methods and strategies. "This festival was designed for young teachers who want to improve their skills and make a name for themselves," explained Irina Nikiforik, head of the Pinsk educational and methodological cabinet. The event also included an interactive break with a flash mob, demonstrating a commitment to creative and engaging professional development. One young teacher, Kseniya Kovalevich, shared her experience: "It's absolutely relevant to our profession. Every day we learn something new that we can apply to our students. This was my first time at this festival, and I immediately participated with a presentation." The festival's success underscores the dedication of Pinsk's educators to continuous learning and improvement, creating a vibrant community of pedagogical innovation.
