The residual data for La Paz indicates 6.8% of voters intend to vote blank, 13.2% null, and 12.6% are undecided. Finally, Cochabamba's results show Andronico Rodriguez leading at 18.7%, closely followed by Manfred Reyes Villa at 18.6%. Jorge Quiroga received 10.8% of the vote. Here, 7.6% of voters plan to vote blank, 14.0% null, and 6.3% are undecided. "The results highlight the dynamic nature of the Bolivian electorate," says a Unitel Bolivia analyst. "The significant number of undecided voters in all three departments suggests that the race is far from over."
