He further elaborated on the necessity of these civil rights, adding, "We have to work on those civil rights so that they can have access to health, access to inheritance, and a series of other aspects that are not currently permitted." Medina concluded his remarks by asserting the importance of facilitating these rights, stating, "Yes, we must facilitate so that they can enter the labor market and can have the rights like all Bolivians."
