"There's a complete absence of mobile connection, and public transport is practically non-existent, requiring a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop," he stated. He also raised concerns for young families, noting the lack of kindergartens and schools, and described the area as remote from the city center. Additionally, he mentioned a notable mosquito problem in the evenings and a scarcity of residents, leading to limited social interaction. However, Yashchuk maintained an optimistic outlook, asserting that "all the minuses will be resolved over time, except for the mosquitoes." He concluded that "Northern Shore" is a good investment, predicting it will become "one of the most popular, in-demand, and expensive places" in a few years as current issues are addressed.
