Ciao, turista! – 4 furcsaság, amit jó, ha tudsz, mielőtt Olaszországba utazol
Olaszország, utazás, tippek nyaraláshoz: 4 kulturális különbség, amire készülj fel, ha idén Olaszországba látogatsz.
Planning a trip to Italy? A recent video from WMN Magazin's creator, Pálfi Franciska, sheds light on several surprising Italian customs that might catch tourists off guard. According to Franciska, visitors should be aware of Italy's August shutdown, when many shops and businesses close as locals take their summer vacations. This period, known as 'Ferragosto,' is a time for Italians to relax, meaning cities can appear quieter. Coffee culture also holds specific rules. Franciska advises against ordering a cappuccino after breakfast, as milk-based coffees are typically considered morning beverages. For an afternoon pick-me-up, an espresso or a 'crema di caffè' is recommended instead. Fashion norms are also distinct. Flip-flops, while common beachwear, are generally not worn for city walks in Italy. Italians, known for their strong sense of style, reserve such footwear strictly for the beach. Finally, dinner times in Italy are considerably later than in many other countries. Italian families often dine together in restaurants well into the evening, with meals sometimes starting as late as 10 or 11 PM, and children frequently joining their parents.
