A recent incident in a US parking lot has drawn attention after a video surfaced depicting a heated exchange between a driver and a woman identified as Pamela B. Gardner, a Southwest Airlines flight attendant. The confrontation, which occurred on October 28, 2025, began when the filmer's father's car was allegedly struck by Ms. Gardner's car door. According to the video, the filmer and their father approached Ms. Gardner to address the minor damage and request her insurance information. Ms. Gardner, who was seen wearing Halloween-themed accessories and her Southwest Airlines ID badge, initially attempted to rub off the mark on the vehicle. She then explicitly refused to provide her details, stating, "This is not an insurance situation." The filmer countered, "You did hit it, and it's his car. You shouldn't be rubbing it out. Could we just get the information, please?" The woman again declined, asserting, "No. I will rub it out." The filmer then warned Ms. Gardner, "We will be calling the police if you don't, and this will be a verified hit-and-run." They also mentioned possessing dashcam footage. Before departing, Ms. Gardner took photographs of the filmer's vehicle. The incident has since been shared online, with the filmer tagging Southwest Airlines in their post.
