An incident at the European Wax Center in O'Fallon, Illinois, has drawn significant attention after a client reported a highly unprofessional experience during a waxing appointment. According to the client, who wishes to remain anonymous, a dispute arose when she questioned her waxer about a specific area during a Brazilian wax. The client stated, "I thought we were leaving that area," which reportedly triggered an aggressive response from the technician. The waxer allegedly began cursing, telling the client to "get the f*** off her table and out of her f***ing room." The technician then reportedly exited the room, leaving the client exposed and partially waxed, with the door open. Other employees intervened, offering assistance and expressing apologies. The client further claims that a manager later attempted to pressure her into deleting a video recording of the aftermath. The video, which has circulated online, shows the agitated technician in the hallway and other staff members attempting to de-escalate the situation.
