"It was terrifying," said the restaurant owner, who requested to remain anonymous. "He just walked in and pointed the gun at me. My kids were right there." The arrest comes after an investigation by Philadelphia Police, who linked Neto to several other burglaries in Northeast Philadelphia and Montgomery County. Police believe Neto is responsible for a string of robberies targeting auto body shops and other businesses. Neto was apprehended over the weekend and is currently being held in custody.
