MINSK, Belarus – A Belarusian resident, who identifies herself as a farmer and long-term customer of the MTS mobile network, has publicly voiced her severe dissatisfaction with the company's service. In a video uploaded on July 9, 2025, she detailed persistent issues with poor signal and dropped calls in her village, located just two kilometers from an urban settlement. The woman, who has been with MTS for two decades on the same phone number, stated that she frequently cannot make or receive calls, impacting her ability to communicate with clients. "I'm tired of calling you!!! Last time it was with swearing!!!" she exclaimed, highlighting her frustration. She questioned the value for money, asking, "What are we paying for?" She urged MTS to either improve their service quality or reduce their tariffs to reflect the inadequate coverage. Furthermore, she suggested that affected customers might need to organize a collective appeal to Belarusian authorities to address the widespread service problems.
