Employee Alleges Brutal Assault by Royal-Rex Hotel CEO Over Unactivated Key

Lagos, Nigeria – A woman identified as Fungila Yoku Yaba has come forward with serious allegations of physical assault against her boss, Architect Bimbo Fajemirokun, the CEO of Royal-Rex Hotel and Spa. In a video shared online, Ms. Yaba, visibly distressed and with marks on her face, recounted the incident which she claims occurred at the hotel premises.According to Ms. Yaba, she had returned to the office after her scheduled closing time of 6 PM to assist a receptionist. She alleges that her boss became enraged and physically attacked her, including slapping and biting her, before forcibly removing her from the building. The alleged reason for the attack, as stated by Ms. Yaba, was her inability to activate a key. "He entered the office, pulled me by my clothes, slapped me, and then bit me up and threw me out of the building," Ms. Yaba stated in the video, pointing to her face. She expressed feeling immense pain and a deep sense of unfairness, questioning why someone with money should be allowed to act with impunity. Ms. Yaba is seeking help and raising awareness about the alleged incident. Efforts to reach Architect Bimbo Fajemirokun or representatives of Royal-Rex Hotel and Spa for comment were ongoing at the time of this report.
