A cryptocurrency entrepreneur's arrest in SoHo, Manhattan, has sent shockwaves through the city. Police responded to a report of an escaped hostage at a luxury brownstone on Prince Street. A 28-year-old man from Italy, who had been lured back to the US under false pretenses, had been held captive and subjected to weeks of torture.
